How does your service work?

One of our owners will come to your business or home office to meet with you and perform a “needs analysis” FREE OF CHARGE. During this meeting, we will determine the services PermaSource Solutions can provide to make your business or home office run more efficiently. Next, we will prepare a formal quote which would include an estimated fee, an outline of responsibilities for accountability, and an engagement letter setting forth what is expected. Once you sign the engagement letter, we will begin working toward the goals set.

How much do you charge?

The fees for our services range from $50/hour to $95/hour depending on the staff skill level needed and the type of service you require. We will also work on a monthly retainer for regular customers to make it easier to budget the service. All the fee information will be included in your formal quote for services.

Will I be getting the same person every time?

PermaSource Solutions strives to maintain consistent staffing on all jobs. However, there may be a time when your needs change, which will then require a staffing change. And of course, PermaSource may experience unforeseen staffing turnover. Thus, we cannot guarantee that the staff will not change. However, your owner point of contact will not change, and no matter what, the owner contact will be overseeing the staff assigned to your job and checking in with you on a regular basis to ensure CONSISTENT SERVICE.

What security processes are in place to protect my confidential information?

At PermaSource Solutions, our IT department is very concerned with security. Your personal comfort level will dictate whether our work is done “on-site” at your office or “off-site” at our office. In either case, all security questions will be reviewed and addressed upon commencement of your service. However, if it is decided that the work is more efficiently performed off-site, please rest assured that procedures are in place to secure your financial information.
